#7  Maybe 3dc. The political will and public will wasn't there and the lack of fracking in the US didn't give a lot of lateral to piss off the producers.

Now, and after a couple US cities go up in radioactive vapor, I expect the public will to be a lot more inline of taking the gloves off.

#5  If any of this does come to a tragic fruition, then the flight path(s) need back tracked and the host airport needs to become a thing of the past, as well as the capital of the hosting country.
