| Libya seeks help from Emirates |

| [MAGHAREBIA] Top Libyan officials flew to Abu Dhabi on Tuesday (September 9th) to request assistance from the UAE, Libya Herald reported. The delegation led by Prime Minister Abdullah al-Thanni includes House of Representatives head Ageela Saleh and the army chief of staff, Major-General Abdel Razzak Nadhuri. The Libyan government is reportedly seeking financial help to build state institutions and parliament. |
