Gunsex on Massoud Day Kills One, Injures Five |
2014-09-11 |
[Tolo News] Celebratory gunfire on Tuesday left one civilian dead and five injured, once again raising anger against authorities who seem unable to prevent the reckless behavior among gun owners even in the country's major cities. During celebrations for Massoud Day, the national holiday honoring the mujahedeen commander Ahmad Shah Massoud, a 21year-old male in Kabul was killed and five others, including a woman and child, were maimed by stray bullets. The families of the victims have demanded action be taken against those responsible, who some seem to believe were coppers. |
