Iraq forces, Peshmerga inflict heavy losses on ISIL
2014-09-16
[Iran Press TV] ISIL Takfiri
...an adherent of takfir wal hijra, an offshoot of Salafism that regards everybody who doesn't agree with them as apostates who must be killed...
snuffies have suffered more losses in Iraq as the Iraqi army and Kurdish Peshmerga forces go ahead with their offensive against the turbans in several parts of the Arab country.

According to Iraqi security sources on Monday, the Iraqi air force bombed a convoy of ISIL snuffies heading to a village in Iraq, killing 70 turbans and injuring dozens of the myrmidons.

The Kurdish fighters have also stepped up their campaign against the terrorists.

On the same day, Peshmerga forces recaptured six villages from the Takfiri snuffies in an operation in Iraq's Hamrin area.

The Iraqi military has been conducting Arclight airstrikes against myrmidon positions on an almost daily basis.

#4  With all of this coming down, the eventual question is, how does one send al-Baghdadi to his 72 virgins.

That should be the goal. Destruction of as much as ISIS as possible should also be a goal. Taking away their finances and means of financing and equipment (mostly furnished by us) should be another goal. Invalidating or demonizing their interpretation of Islam should also be an objective although this is probably best done by "moderate Muslims" (if this Muslim exists) . The Democrats are fairly good at demonizing opponents also. Other efforts should be going on across the world to limit ISIS in those countries. It might mean not letting them return to Western countries.

Personal Banner of al-Baghdadi. With the saying in Arabic, "Goat Dreams"

With all of this coming down, the eventual question is, how does one send al-Baghdadi to his 72 virgins. His death would probably cause factions within ISIS to areise, and perhaps a cohesive strategy could be more available to defeat them. This of course is all theoretical, seeing as we have a PINO, President in Name Only.

#2  It is an Iranian news source. Certain amount of propaganda is contained for home consumption?

If true, it is encouraging the Iraqi air force is taking out ISIS.
The Kurds are involved and from what I can tell they are competent fighters.
The article goes goofy on us when it says:

The West and its regional allies, including Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and Turkey, are reportedly giving financial and military support to the militants.

Do militants = terrorists (ISIS)--that is not clear. Seems there is a difference in these terms according to the article.

Not likely the West is giving financial and military support to ISIL but maybe other militants. SA, Turkey, and Qatar have been reported as having financed some militants up in Syria.

The terrorist group has links with Saudi intelligence, and is believed to be supported by the Israeli regime.

It is doubtful Israel wants to get anywhere near this conflict. Whether or not Saudi intelligence has dirty hands, I couldn't say.
