| [MIRROR.CO.UK] The Nigerian schoolgirls kidnapped by Boko Haram ... not to be confused with Procol Harum, Harum Scarum, possibly to be confused with Helter Skelter. The Nigerian version of al-Qaeda and the Taliban rolled together and flavored with a smigeon of distinctly Subsaharan ignorance and brutality... bully boyz have NOT been released tonight, following earlier reports that they had been freed. The BBC was told by Nigeria's military that a number of girls taken from the village of Chibok were now in the safety of military custody. The broadcaster said Brig Gen Chris Olukolade did not reveal exactly how many girls had been rescued, but that their release was part of an "ongoing exercise". However, if you can't say something nice about a person some juicy gossip will go well... the Nigerian military has now retracted its statement, saying there were girls in jug but they were not from Chibok. |
