James O'Keefe Releases Second Video Expose On Battleground Texas Shenanigans
2014-09-29
[Breitbart] Battleground Texas (BGTX) may have failed to take any action regarding the "admission" of an undercover volunteer with BGTX that she had broken multiple election laws, according to a new video investigation by journalist James O'Keefe's organization Project Veritas. The allegations come on the heels of sting earlier this year that busted BGTX, a group attempting to turn Texas blue, for illegally copying voters' personal data for campaign purposes.
Video at link. Breitbart taught Mr. O'Keefe to tape multiple examples of misbehaviour, then release them at short intervals -- long enough that the denials after the first incident sound really lame after the third or fourth. BGTX might want to start worrying about jail time, though there won't be a federal RICO investigation so long as the current attorney general has not consummated his resignation.

#2  So when are the Republicans gonna start using the 'disenfranchise' voters line against Democrats?

#1  No Federal needed. This is Texas, fairly lawful place except in Austin, where they fenced in the Liberals.
