| Grand Mufti orders HoR dialogue to stop |

| [Libya Herald] The Grand Mufti, Sheikh Sadik Al-Ghariani, has condemned yesterday's UN-sponsored meeting in Ghadames between active members of the House of Representatives and those boycotting its sessions in Tobruk. He has ordered the latter to stop taking part in the dialogue, at least until the Supreme Court rules on the legitimacy of the HoR. It has been reported that the court would make a pronouncement on 8 October although it is thought that this may be delayed. The delegates on both sides of the HoR divide yesterday agreed to resume their discusions immediately after the Eid Al-Adha holiday. |
