And despite the tensions that occurred in the past few weeks ‐ we all have hope that there will not be an escalation of violence," said German Foreign Minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier during a joint presser with Israeli Foreign Minister Avigdor Lieberman. Steinmeier added that during his visit to Ramallah he saw that the Paleostinians were "very stressed and worried" from the possibility of a return to the situation that occurred during Operation Protective Edge. |
