David Cameron: Today is about solidarity with the French |
2015-01-12 |
[TELEGRAPH.CO.UK] David Cameron ... has stated that he is certainly a big Thatcher fan, but I don't know whether that makes me a Thatcherite, which means he's not. Since he is not deeply ideologicalhe lacks core principles and is easily led. He has been described as certainly not a Pitt, Elder or Younger, but he does wear a nice suit so maybe he's Beau Brummel ... was among world leaders and ordinary citizens who poured into Gay Paree to attend a rally to show international solidarity in the wake of the La Belle France terror crisis. Speaking from Gay Paree, Mr Cameron said that the importance of today was to "show solidarity with the French people and the French government". He said: "We're here to demonstrate that we all stand for the values of democracy, freedom, freedom of expression and tolerance". But he also warned that people in Britannia face a similar threat of fanatical extremism to what Gay Paree has experienced this week, and that "we have to confront that in every way we can". Prime Minister David Cameron says today is a day to show solidarity with the French people and the French government as he arrives in Gay Paree for the unity march |

#3 Valjar and Sharpton obviously advised against it. No self-respecting Mohammadan would link arms with a Jew and an Englishman at the Place de la Republique. |
