A human rights activist Mohammad al-Saeedi said the woman was beheaded without injecting painkillers as the authorities wanted to make the pain more powerful for her.
A statement by the Ministry of Interior of Saudi Arabia said it believed the sentence was warranted due to the severity of the crime. | |
