In a speech in Cairo, Abe also pledged $200 million in non-military assistance for countries affected by the Islamic State (IS) groups bloody expansion in Iraq and Syria, which spurred an exodus of refugees to neighboring countries. Japan will newly carry out assistance of 2.5 billion US dollars in non-military fields including humanitarian assistance and infrastructure development, intended for the entire region, Abe said, according to an official transcript. | #1 So $2.5 billion to the middle east. First, that's more than the soddies give to their neighbors, but more importantly, that $2.5 billion the fascists wont have to spend on infrastructure and it allows them to focus their funds on the war against the west. Smart move Japan! |
