#4  Gasoline in Anchorage has been steadily dropping and is now at $2.50/gallon. Even down to $2.45 in places.

#1  This is Walmart in the oil patch. As soon as the small operators are forced out of business, prices will begin to rise. May or may not be a cause, but it's certainly an effect.
