| Those financing current terror acts to face music: Amu |

| [PRIMENEWS.BD] Industries Minister Amir Hossain Amu on Thursday said necessary actions would be taken after investigations against those involved in financing the ongoing terrorist acts in the country. "Those behind financing the terrorist acts in the name of hartal ... a peculiarly Bangla combination of a general strike and a riot, used by both major political groups in lieu of actual governance ... and blockade will be identified and brought to justice soon," he said after a meeting of the taskforce formed to prevent financing of krazed killers. Amu, also the president of the taskforce committee, further said, "If the sources of financing the current terrorist activities could be identified and their flow of money is stopped, then these acts would come down and the situation will improve. " He said an investigation is going on to identify the sources of financing and some sources have already been detected." The outcome of the investigation will be made public soon," he added. State Minister for Home Asaduzzaman Khan, State Minister for Foreign Affairs Shahriar Alam and bigwigs of different law-enforcement agencies were present at the meeting. |
