| Kosovo bans citizens from participating in armed conflicts abroad |

| [Iran Press TV] The parliament of Kosovo has introduced a piece of legislation forbidding the citizens of the Southeastern European country to travel to other countries and participate in armed conflicts, including in the terrorist activities of the ISIL Takfiri ...an adherent of takfir wal hijra, an offshoot of Salafism that regards everybody who doesn't agree with them as apostates who must be killed... group in the Middle East. On Thursday, Kosovan politicians adopted the legislation and warned that anyone violating the ban will be sentenced to 15 years in prison. The ruling particularly outlaws joining a foreign army, and police or paramilitary forces in any form of conflict outside Kosovo. The Kosovan Interior Ministry has announced that an estimated 300 Kosovars have joined the ranks of the ISIL Takfiri Death Eater group in Syria and Iraq, and that half of them have been prosecuted. |
