Alleged Pederast and Liar Update: Sen Hairy Reid to Retire
2015-03-27

I suspect he's experienced a cerebrovascular accident (CVA) or common stroke from that alleged treadmill fall. He's way, way too junior to be retiring from the Senate.
Oh, I don't know. Maybe he found a new opportunity. Perhaps the piano player in the Searchlight brothel finally retired as well.

#13  Unless the "accident" was a Vegas-style roughing up and taking his lunch money

#12  And remember, upon retirement he gets to convert his 'reelection campaign graft bag funds' to personal use. Why burn through all that money he's accumulated as majority leader for an iffy reelection, reading the Tea Leaves of 2014.

#11  I imagine it's not nearly as much fun being minority leader in the Senate as it was being majority leader -- and what will he be able to promise his voters, when it's likely the
Democrats will do worse in the next election rather than better?

#10  C'mon Reid, quit teasing everyone. He gives crooks and scoundrels a bad name.

#9  I don't know TU, perhaps I've got it all bassackwards. Would you believe the Hildebeest had the CVA and Harry got the shi* beat out of him ?

#8  stroke from that alleged treadmill fall

Is that a true story? Because I'd like to think that somebody beat the shit out of him for some reason.

#7  stroke from that alleged treadmill fall

Now that you mention it, it seems very likely he fell because of a stroke.

#6  I question the timing given his involvement in the latest H1b reshuffle. He's hoping he will dodge any unpleasantness.

#5  Who are the contenders for his seat? Anybody worthwhile?

#4  He finally scored enough graft to see him through his golden years. Now if we could just get McCain to follow his example...

#3  Retire? Should be stoned to death ... after a fair trial of course.

#2  He should retire right into a federal prison.

#1  can you say Senator Brian Sandoval (R-NV)?
