Trey Gowdy: Hillary Clinton wiped her server clean
2015-03-28
[POLITICO] Hillary Clinton
... sometimes described as America's Blond Eminence and at other times as Mrs. Bill, never as Another Richelieu ...
wiped "clean" the private server housing emails from her tenure as secretary of state, the chairman of the House committee investigating the 2012 terrorist attacks in Benghazi said Friday.

Clinton was under a subpoena order from the Select Committee on Benghazi for all documents related to the 2012 attacks on the American compound there. But David Kendall, an attorney for Clinton, said the 900 pages of emails previously provided to the panel cover its request.
But wait! Isn't 'destruction of evidence' a form of 'obstruction of justice'....? What am I missing ?
Kendall also informed the committee that Clinton's emails from her time at the State Department have been permanently erased.

"While it is not clear precisely when Secretary Clinton decided to permanently delete all emails from her server, it appears she made the decision after October 28, 2014, when the Department of State for the first time asked the Secretary to return her public record to the Department," Rep. Trey Gowdy (R-S.C.), chairman of the committee, said in a statement.

#13  Poor Bill lost some valuable and enjoyable downloaded Internet content when they scrubbed that server.

#12  Hillary used a an email provider named Network Solutions. Couldn't these emails be obtained from her email provider even though she scrubbed the emails from her personal server?

#11  The object in war is to destroy the opponents will to resist. Seems some have already succumbed.

#9  If anyone here thinks for a instant that she's NOT running - think again. I've said it here before and I'll say it again. Barring a medical reason that precludes it, she will run and will be the next President. It sucks - but I've seen these people in action (both her and Der Slickmeister). It all revolves around power and money (for her) and sex (for him).

#7  If she wins the Dem nomination, which I doubt, she'll win the election. No matter who the Stupid Party nominates, a big chunk of Republicans will stay home rather than vote for the 'wrong' nominee.

#6  Leftists are convinced she will not only run, but she will win.

#5  I'm with you Frank. I can't even begin to imagine the avalanche of Republican teevee attack adverts and televised debate beat downs, and the worst [or best depending upon one's view] may be yet to come.

#4  she won't run or win. She's burnt bitter toast

#3  It won't matter to Dem voters

Hillary could set fire to a bus load of third graders on live TV once a month up until the election and as long as she promised everyone who receives any form of public funding that their check would never be touched 40%+ of the electorate would cheerfully vote for her.

The Repubs need to inspire people to vote for them. They can't scandal the opposition into losing. The Dems have a loyal base who believe that they are voting for their financial lives and are completely immoral in terms of how they keep their funding. The Repubs need to prrovide voters with a reason for voting them towards victory.

Hoping that scandal alone will bring down the Hillary juggernaut is foolish and naive beyond belief. It is a failure of a strategy.

#2  Remote Computer Admin: OK now hit the reset button on the keyboard.

Hillary: Ok I did.

Computer Admin: Good, now what do you see?

Hillary: Nothing. I guess we fixed it, that little "Save glitch" we were talking about.

#1  What's the problem? All she erased was a few personal emails. Right?
