| Security forces kill 12 terrorists in Salahuddin [IraqiNews.com] On Saturday, Iraqi Ministry of Defense announced, that 12 terrorists, including a jacket wallah, have been killed in an operation by the security forces in Salahuddin province. The ministry said in a statement obtained by IraqiNews, "Security forces have carried out a security operation in the areas of al-Qadesiyah, al-Mallaha, al-Alam and Watban," pointing out that, "The forces have managed to kill 12 terrorists, including a suicide bomber wearing an boom belt, and destroy 4 armed vehicles and a number of shelters for them." 22 ISIS elements killed, wounded in bombing southwest of Kirkuk [IraqiNews.com] A security source in Kirkuk announced on Saturday, that 22 elements of the ISIS group have been either killed or maimed in a bombing carried out by the US-led international coalition targeting ISIS sites southwest of the province. The source said in an interview with for IraqiNews.com, "The US-led international coalition aircrafts bombed this evening a number of ISIS sites between Baiji district and villages in Riyadh area and Hamrin mountains―within the borderline between Kirkuk and Salahuddin in the outskirts of Ajil oilfields (85 km southwest of Kirkuk)― which resulted in killing 15 turbans and injuring 7 others."
