Separately, police arrested four gamblers and seized game birds from them in Darra Pezu town. Officials said that the arrested men were identified as Feroz Khan, Mohammad Meer, Abdul Sattar and Akhtar Zaman. They were playing bet on partridges' fight, they added.

"Police recovered for partridges and Rs10,000 including the stake money from them," they said.

Also in the day, police booked five owners of private schools for poor security arrangements at their respective educational institutions. A case was also registered against the owner of a house for not sharing information of tenants with local police.
