[Khaama (Afghanistan)] The acting provincial governor of northern Balkh province of Afghanistan Ata Mohammad Noor has said the bilateral security agreement between Kabul and Washington has proved to be useless for the country.Noor made the marks as a guest speaker in Russian Consulate in Mazar-e-Sharif city on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of Russia's victory over Nazis.
He also criticized the government of national unity for remaining reckless towards the deteriorating security situation in northern parts of the country and warned to take actions by joining the uprising forces if the situation further deteriorated.
The bilateral security agreement between Afghanistan and United States was formally signed by the former US ambassador to Afghanistan James B. Cunningham and national security adviser Mohammad Hanif Atmar on 30th September last year.
