Princes Escape Saudi after Scud Missile Attacks
2015-06-12
I'm sure al-Alam won't mind me lifting their graphic. Truly a frightening array of deadly-looking missiles. I believe that's actually a static display at some museum, hence the concrete launch pads. The ones in the front look like SA-6's, which were Soviet-era ground-to-air missiles held at division level. The two in the background are even older U.S. Nike-Hercules, which are distinguishable by the 4-barreled rocket motor. I'm not sure what the one in the middle background is; maybe a model if the Washington monument?

"The goal of targeting Saudi Arabia with Scud missiles was to warn Riyadh and we hope that it has grasped the meaning," Al-Mayadeen TV quoted the bigwig, who asked to remain anonymous, as saying on Sunday.

The source reiterated that the Yemeni army has many options that it can use against Saudi Arabia if the monarchy does not halt its attacks against the Sana'a government.

#2  Always good to know that the higher-ups are dedicated to preserving their country and justice. As in, 'just us'.
