#6  Encryption is not magic. It is like a time delay. The better the encryption the more time it takes to get the information. The art of it is to match the appropriate level of difficulty to the importance of keeping the secret.

Since the statute of limitations on charges against Snowden are no where near expired, it looks like he screwed up when he chose his keys.

Sad for him. Worse for us.

might also mean that snowden is sick of sitting in that embassy, and has sold his insurance file in return for protection from russia and/or china.
