| ISIS linked group kills 24 Nusra Front fighters: source |

| [EN.ZAMANALWSL.NET] An ISIS-linked group on Sunday thwarted Nusra Front's assault on a town it controls south Syria, killing 24 Nusra fighters, source told Zaman al-Wasl. Last few months, Shouhada al-Yarmouk Brigade that pledged allegiance to the ultra-hardline Islamist group has engaged in fierce fighting with al-Qaeda's Syria wing and other moderate rebels near the Occupied Golan Heights . The recent fight between ISIS and Nusra took place east of Nafa'a town, source said where the Islamic Sate fighter were able to repel-Nusra fighters and inflicting painful defeat. Shouhada al-Yarmouk seems a well equipped and trained as its fighters have been repelling many offensives on their stronghold lately. |
