[RFE/RL] Officials said a woman has been detained in the eastern Kazakh town of Zyryanovsk on suspicion of propagating international terrorism.Kazakhstan's Committee for National Security said that the suspect, whose identity has not been revealed, recruited local residents for participation in international terrorist activities.
The government officials said, "books with banned contents, video, and audio materials propagating religious intolerance" were found in the suspect's home.
