It is among the largest cities in the world, with a population of 18 million, most of whom hate each other and many of whom are armed and dangerous... to attend the wedding of a friend of theirs, police, party officials and relatives said here on Wednesday. Didn't survive the reception, huh? All of them belong to Gulistan-e-Jauhar, where the relatives protested and lodged their 'missing' report at a cop shoppe. "Nope. Ain't seen 'em." The residents of Noman Grand City of Gulistan-e-Jauhar had left their apartments in three vehicles to attend the marriage ceremony of their friend Zain in Hyderabad. When they reached near Hyderabad, they were intercepted by unknown men who forced them to disembark from their vehicles and took them away and since then their whereabouts were not known, said their relatives and the MQM. |
