| Four Local Police Killed in Uruzgan Clashes |

| [Tolo News] Four coppers have been killed during a four-day clash between Taliban Lions of Islam and Afghan Local Police members in south-eastern Uruzgan province, local officials said on Saturday. In addition, six other local coppers were maimed. The festivities took place in Khas district of the province after Taliban Lions of Islam attacked several villages, a front man for Uruzgan Police Chief, Dost Mohammad Nayab said. "The festivities still continue in the district," he said. However, some men learn by reading. A few learn by observation. The rest have to pee on the electric fence for themselves... the Taliban have not yet commented on the situation. |
