[WASHINGTONPOST] Having led his country's war for independence, Zim-bob-wean President Bob MuggsyMugabe Nonagenarian President-for-Life of Zim-bob-we who turned the former Breadbasket of Africa into the African Basket Case... is used to speaking about the evils of imperialism. On Monday, addressing the nation, he found what he deemed a contemporary example: the killing of Cecil the lion. "There are vandals who come from all over," he said in his annual Heroes Day speech. "Be warned, some are here to regularly and illegally acquire these resources." |

#4 illegally acquire these resources= I want a bigger piece of the action. I once talked to someone that was tossed in jail for illegal plant collection in South America. He had the proper permit but the judge said,"I don't see MY signature on it!" To which he replied,"I didn't know I needed that how much is it?" |

#3 Rick: How can you close me up? On what grounds? Captain Renault: I'm shocked, shocked to find that gambling is going on in here! [a croupier hands Renault a pile of money] Croupier: Your winnings, sir. Captain Renault: [sotto voce] Oh, thank you very much. [aloud] Captain Renault: Everybody out at once! |

#2 Bob sez But those 'safari camp' licensing and permit residuals certainly are nice. My people are too poor for a national lotto or a Zim Vegas. The safari camp dollars help support our schools and hospitals. |
