And information about the man President Deby says is the new head of Boko Haram, Mahamat Daoud.

#1  Fascinating. Given that Mr. Shekau subsequently proclaimed himself defiantly among the living, one hopes the saintly Mr. Daoud is not about to replace him among the dead.
