| #2 The Kentucky insurance commissioner recently approved rate increases averaging 25 percent for the Kentucky Health Cooperative in 2016. The co-op said the additional revenue would help reduce its losses. But private insurance companies are greedy, rapacious, running-dog capitalists if they try to raise rates to reduce losses? Gee, it's almost like they want the private insurers to fail! |
