Tribal elders Malik Dawa Khan and Malik Gul Kareem Khan were going to Khar along with their relatives when the remote-controlled bomb blew up their vehicle at around 8am in the hilly area of Arang.
Both the elders were killed and three people were maimed.
One of them, identified as Ikhtisham Khan, died in the hospital. Another injured was said to be at death's door.
