About time for some good market news I'd say.
But is it better for the customers? I ask because I have no idea what the answer is.

#1  Good question TW. From my vantage point as a customer, I'd have to say yes. Rates are reasonably stable and service is excellent. Their employees are dedicated and professional. Employee turnover is low. The company itself appears to be financially solid and well tuned into the needs of the community. Others here may have additional. This is just my observation.
