O'Keefe Strikes Again: Undercover Video Purports To Show Hillary Campaign Violating Election Law
2015-09-11
[BREITBART] A undercover video published Thursday by James O'Keefe's Project Veritas purports to show Nevada-based Hillary Clinton
... sometimes described as America's Blond Eminence and at other times as Mrs. Bill, never as Another Dean Acheson ...
campaign staffers and volunteers ignoring and knowingly violating Nevada's voter registration laws. Moreover, the video appears to show that this conduct is being condoned and encouraged by a local attorney who works for the Clinton campaign.

According to the video, it is a felony in the state of Nevada for anyone involved in the voter registration process to "solicit a vote for or against a particular question or candidate; speak to a voter on the subject of marking his or her ballot for or against a particular question or candidate."

The video appears to show that numerous Hillary Clinton campaign staffers are well aware of the law. Nevertheless, the video shows them laughing at the law and repeatedly brag about violating it by promoting Hillary Clinton verbally and with campaign literature as they attempt to register potential voters.

The Project Veritas video further appears to show that the Clinton campaign staff solicits voter registration in close proximity to state offices, which may also violate Nevada law

According to the video, when the attorney in question, identified as Christina Gupana, was told about this alleged lawbreaking she advised the staffers to, "Do whatever you can. Whatever you can get away with, just do it, until you get kicked out like totally."

More than one staffer says that the campaign's motto towards these laws is "Ask for forgiveness, not for permission."

#7  I'm not holding my breath waiting for the video to appear on ABC World News.

#6  So what. I'm sure a video showing Hillary eating babes wouldn't make any difference.

#5  Nevada State Bar should be looking into Senora Gupana

#4  At this point, what difference does it make?

#3  Laws are for little people, not members of the Inner Party. Maybe one day, the populous will realize its an oligarchy and keep their children from dying to keep it in power under the illusion that its a republic.

#2  And that, at its base is one of the major differences between them and us, Oldspook.

If a conservative did these things, conservatives would want them jailed. When a liberal does them, we want them jailed. We have moral consistency. The offense is wrong no matter who does it.

The left doesn't see it that way and never can. To them, a leftist politician is a hired mercenary, whose job it is to keep the guaranteed public funding coming. As long as they appear to be successful at that (hell, as long as they SEEM more likely to do it than our side) then any atrocity or crime or activity they commit while defending the magic paycheck will be excused.

If Hillary promised to set fire to 50 third graders every week she was president, but would fight to make sure no magic government paycheck was diminished ever, the 47% would be perfectly fine with that.

#1  Jail time is what is needed, along with blaring headlines. If she were a Conservative or Republican that would happen. But the progressives in the press and prosecutors carry water for her, so nothing will come of this: prosecutors will ignore it, and the press will bury it.
