| #3 so long as they are given six months or less to live by two doctors, submit a written request and two oral requests at least 15 days apart and possess the mental capacity to make their own health care decisions. So you are allowed to die if your papers are all in order. It all sounds like a combination of filling out tax schedules, a trip to the DMV and interviews with high school guidance counselors. Wanna bet the approval process will be slightly longer than your six month expiration date? We will need a nice name for the boards of approval since Death Panels sounds so mean. And reminds us of Sarah Palin's snarky comments on just this topic. |
