| Ukraine’s Antonov breaks ties with Russia |

| The Ukrainian state-owned aircraft design bureau Antonov is exiting from the joint Ukrainian-Russian enterprise UAC-Antonov, according to the resolution of the Ukrainian Government from September 8, 2015. "[It is decided] To agree with the proposal of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade, for the State Aircraft Manufacturing Concern "Antonov" to exit from a joint Russian-Ukrainian enterprise UAC-Antonov LLC,” reads Resolution No.920-r published on the Government website. The joint venture was to deal with the coordination of Antonov and JSC United Aircraft Corporation on purchasing spare parts, production, marketing and sales, as well as servicing and joint creation of new modifications of Antonov aircraft. |
