| [Tolo News] A number of unknown gunnies rubbed out a tribal elder in southern Kandahar province on Friday, local officials said. The incident took place in Yakh Kariz area of Kandahar city while Haji Habibullah Barakzai, the tribal elder was on his way to his home, a Provincial Governor front man, Samim Ikhpelwak said.
