(IraqiNews.com) Anbar – Anbar Operations Command announced on Sunday, that the security forces have crossed Albu Faraj bridge north of Ramadi, noting that the forces are advancing towards the center of Ramadi.

The commander of Anbar Operations, Maj. Gen. Ismail Mahlawi said in an interview for IraqiNews.com, “The security forces managed, today, to cross Albu Faraj bridge north of the city of Ramadi,” noting that “those forces are advancing towards the center of the city.”
Mahlawi added that “there is a heavy bombardment by the Iraqi and international aviation on ISIS sites,” pointing to “the participation of the army artillery and rocket launchers in targeting ISIS hideouts.” |
