| [Rudaw] The media office of the Shiite Hashd al-Shaabi (Popular Mobilization) militias released video footage Monday of what it claims to be an kaboom targeting a convoy of the militia group near the Garma district in eastern Anbar province. No casualty figures were given. According to a statement by the group, a boom-mobile rigged with heavy explosives detonated while a Hashd al-Shaabi convoy was advancing towards the ISIS-held district of Garma.
