| Coalition forces set for sweeping attacks on Taiz |

| Arab coalition forces, led by Saudi Arabia, successfully destroyed the operations room of the rebels in the border areas of Saudi. Coalition forces with support from popular resistance forces conducted at least seven air strikes in Taiz, including raids in the east of the governorate, according to a report in ‘Al Bayan’. The raids come as part of coalition forces’ preparation to launch sweeping attacks in Taiz. One of the air strikes on the mountainous area affected the tunnel, which is used by rebel leaders. Meanwhile, the Yemeni president urged the residents of Taiz governorate to close their ranks and back the national army and resistance forces on all fronts to cleanse the city of Taiz from the rebels. |
