Oh no… we wouldn’t want to engender any hate or vitriol toward Muslims, would we?

Jazz Shaw at Hot Air writes the kind of rant that a number of us here at the Burg have been considering. A most excellent piece and spot on. Read it all.

#5  We wouldn't want to do that would we? Our AG Loretta Lynch said we shouldn't. Besides, they do it to themselves.

#4  RJ, me too. I spend a fair amount of time on Facebook, and click "Like" for especially funny, righteous or snarky posts and comments. I really wish we could do it here too.

#1  Excellent rant, but the authors focus is on political and media aspects, which actually achieve the regimes goal of successful diversion from the facts or core issues.

The real focus should be on specific timelines, and what was known or unknown (intelligence gaps) within the intelligence community and law enforcement, not politics.

By the regime's failure to correctly label the event as terrorism and tossing in claims of Islamophobia and hints racial bias, diversion is created and time is purchased in which new headlines can erase interest in the facts and situation at hand. A campaign of media diversion can be a successful cover for both action, as well as inaction.
