| #1 It appears the Feds are assumming jurisdiction over the previous plots by claiming the Community College receives Federal Financial aid and the section of highway received Federal Transportaion dollars. Also, I'm no lawyer but it looks like the straw purchase charge is less than rock-solid - look for a plea-agreement. |
