| Shaboobs execute alleged ‘CIA & NISA spies’ |

| On Thursday afternoon, the Al Qaeda-linked Al shabaab have publicly executed five men accused of spying on militants for Somali government and U.S intelligence services. A witness who spoke to Radio Shabelle Abdinasir Ali Mohamed, 20s was publicly beheaded in front of a crowd, with an Al Shabaab judge saying, he was convicted of being informant for CIA and directing U.S. drone strike that killed to leaders. Over the last four years, the Al shabaab militants have been driven from most of the key towns they once held but they still control rural areas in the south. |
