Surji said in a press statement followed by IraqiNews.com, “Violent clashes broke out, this evening, between Peshmerga forces and ISIS in al-Asfar Mountain, Zrdek and Bartalah region east of Nineveh,” noting that, “The violent clashes are still continuing between the two sides.” “Peshmerga forces have caused deaths and injuries in the ranks of the organization,” he added. |
