| ISIS Top Dawg arrested in Babel |

| (IraqiNews.com) Babel – Babel Operations Command announced on Monday the arrest of two ISIS elements, including the so-called ISIS Mufti in the area of Jurf al-Nasr (formerly known as Jurf al-Sakhr) located in northern Babel. The commander of Babel Operations, Maj. Gen. Riyad al-Khaikani, said in a press statement obtained by IraqiNews.com, “The Intelligence and Anti-Terrorism Directorate in Babel had detained the so-called Fadel al-Junabi, the ISIS Mufti in Jurf al-Sakhr,” noting that, “Junabi was arrested in Erbil province.” Khaikani added, “Babel Intelligence also detained the bomber that is responsible for detonating Fadeliyah Bridge in Jurf al-Sakhr before liberating it,” pointing out that, “Babel Operations Command is participating with three brigades in the liberation operations of Anbar.” |
