16 ISIS members killed, wounded in suicide bombing west of Mosul

(IraqiNews.com) Nineveh – Patriotic Union of Kurdistan revealed on Wednesday, that 16 members of the so-called ISIS were either killed or wounded in a suicide bombing west of Mosul (405 km north of Baghdad).

The Patriotic Union of Kurdistan Spokesman in Mosul Ghias Surja said in an interview received by IraqiNews.com, “A booby-trapped bicycle driven by a suicide bomber exploded, at noon today, on headquarters belonging to ISIS in Mahlbah area (35 west km Mosul), killing and injury 16 ISIS members.”

Surja added, “ISIS members transferred the dead bodies to the forensic medicine department in Mosul.”

Coalition warplanes kill 19 ISIS elements south of Mosul

(IraqiNews.com) Nineveh – A local source in Nineveh province said on Thursday, that 19 ISIS members, mostly Afghan and Saudi nationals, had been killed in an aerial bombing by the international coalition south of Mosul.

The source reported for IraqiNews.com, “Today, warplanes of the international coalition shelled a headquarters for ISIS in the area of al-Hadar (110 km south of Mosul), resulting in the death of 19 ISIS elements, most of whom were Afghan and Saudi nationals,” pointing out that, “The ISIS war minister in Nineveh was among the dead.”

The source, who requested to remain anonymous, added, “The aerial bombing was based on accurate intelligence received by the coalition forces.”

ISIS releases new videos featuring executions of its fighters in Mosul

(IraqiNews.com) Nineveh – On Thursday, a local source in Nineveh Province revealed, that the so-called the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria (ISIS) has released new videos featuring the executions of its fighters who escaped from the latest battles, while expected that ISIS released these videos in order to terrify the civilians.

The source stated in an interview, “The so-called the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria (ISIS) has recently released videos showing the executions of its fighters and members who escaped from the latest battles in Anbar, Salahuddin and other areas,” pointing out that, “ISIS published these videos through the fixed and mobile media outlets in the areas of Mosul.”

“ISIS has released these videos to terrify the civilians and also to send a warning to the rest of its members and fighters,” he added.
