| Some 16 rockets were fired at north east Benghazi’s Hay Salam district this evening, locals have told the Libya Herald. They said they came from the direction of Hawari. smome is in Hawari, witnesses The district was reported be on the verge of being fully liberated by the Libya National Army some weeks ago, but militants still control areas, particularly around the cement works. “They were trying to hit the power station,” one Hay Salam resident suggested. The Benghazi North Power station is nearby. There are no reports of anyone being injured in the attacks. |
