22 militants killed in counter-terrorism operations led by Afghan army

[Khaama (Afghanistan)] At least 22 anti-government armed forces of Evil were killed in the latest counter-terrorism operations conducted jointly by the Afghan National Security Forces (ANSF).

The Ministry of Defense (MoD) said the operations were conducted in the past 24 hours in nine different provinces.

A statement by MoD said at least 11 anti-government armed forces of Evil were also injured during the same operations.

According to MoD, the operations were conducted in Padkhwab Shana district of Pashtun-infested Logar, Nader Shah Kot district of Khost, Syedabad district of Wardak, Zherai and Ghorak districts of Kandahar, Chora district of Uruzgan.

At least five soldiers of the Afghan National Army (ANA) forces also bit the dust during the same operations, MoD said.

The anti-government armed myrmidon groups have not commented regarding the reports so far.

The Afghan national security forces have doubled counter-insurgency operations across the country amid rampant Taliban-led insurgency during the recent months.
