AG Lynch Testifies: Justice Dept. Has 'Discussed' Civil Legal Action Against Climate Change Deniers |

Attorney General Loretta Lynch testified Wednesday that the Justice Department has "discussed" taking civil legal action against the fossil fuel industry for "denying" the "threat of carbon emissions" when it comes to climate change. It appears that someone thought 1984 was a "how to." |

#6 FDR was the first president to feel himself no longer constrained by the Constitution. Champ's is the first administration to no longer feel itself constrained by the rule of law. We didn't lose the Constitution this time around - that was long gone. What we have lost in the last 7 years is any pretense of not being a banana republic. |
