In his remarks during the commemoration of the 5th death anniversary of Mawlana Syed Kheli, the former police chief of Kunduz province, Ahmad Zia Massoud said the anti-government armed murderous Moslem groups have infiltrated in almost all civilian and military institutions of the country in the past 14 years.
