| Two drug smugglers arrested in Nangarhar |

They're comin' to get me, Maw! two drug pushers during separate raids in Behsood district of eastern Nangarhar The unfortunate Afghan province located adjacent to Mohmand, Kurram, and Khyber Agencies. The capital is Jalalabad. The province was the fief of Younus Khalis after the Soviets departed and one of his sons is the current provincial Taliban commander. Colonel Hazrat Hussain Mashriqiwal, spokesperson for the police headquarters said both smugglers were arrested from Samarkhil area. While talking to news hounds in Jalalabad, Col. Mashriqiwal added that Najibullah was arrested with 60 kilograms of hashish today and Ihsanullah with eight kilograms of hashish yesterday. Nangarhar police spokesperson further said that the smugglers were transporting the hashish in two vehicles. Najibullah and Ihsanullah have been put behind and taken under investigation in order to find out information about their partners in crime. |
