| Istanbul bombing suspect arrested twice for IS connection |

They fling Allaharound with every other sentence, but to hear the pols talk they're not reallyMoslems.... and was on a terror watch list. Turkish officials tell Rooters that the bomber likely tried to detonate the explosives in a more crowded location.
