| 13 ISIS troops die in airstrikes in Kirkuk |

| (IraqiNews.com) Kirkuk – A security source in Kirkuk province said on Tuesday, that eight ISIS elements had been killed and five others were wounded in an aerial bombardment by the Iraqi army aviation south of the province. The source said in a statement obtained by IraqiNews.com, “The Iraqi army aviation conducted six aerial strikes targeting ISIS sites in Qasaba Bashir in the district of Taza Khurmato (30 km south of Kirkuk),” indicating that, “The aerial bombing resulted in killing eight ISIS elements and wounding five others, in addition to destroying four tactical units.” The source also added, “The air strikes were carried out through helicopters belonging to the air force,” noting that, “Those strikes were accurate.” |
